William & Mary Online MBA Admissions Requirements
The Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary seeks dynamic and driven applicants ready to make a difference and redefine what it means to be a leader. Ideal candidates are career-minded individuals who embrace the challenges and rewards of balancing work, school and family.
Applicants are accepted from a wide range of academic fields and professional disciplines, but all are required to have:
- A minimum of two years professional working experience
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from a regionally accredited college or university
In evaluating your admissions application, we look for indications that you can thrive in our rigorous academic environment by reviewing transcripts and test scores. Secondly, we assess managerial and leadership potential through your resume, personal statements, professional experiences, letters of recommendation and admissions interview. The Admissions Committee also considers extracurricular activities, community engagement and communication skills when making admissions decisions.
We recommend that you request transcripts and letters of recommendation at the beginning of the application process so that these materials are in progress while you prepare the remainder of your application.
